• Description:
• The HSE - HSE Procurement hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to submit tenders for the provision Outsourced Radiotherapy Treatment Service for St. Luke-s Radiation Oncology Network (SLRON). This tender process is being conducted under Annex XIV of Procurement directives 2014/24/EU. The required services are listed as Annex XIV services, and accordingly, only Articles 74 to 77 of Directive 2014/24/EC applies to the award of any contract(s) that arise from this process. As such, there is considerable flexibility afforded to the Contracting Authority in conducting the tender process. The HSE therefore reserves the right, after the award of contract, to negotiate with the successful tenderer the level of services to be provided to match the available budget. The Health Service Executive wishes to appoint service provider(s) for each of the lots for Outsourced Radiotherapy Treatment Service for St. Luke-s Radiation Oncology Network (SLRON). The HSE requirement is divided into four lots. Tenderers will be invited to submit for one, some or all four lots.  Lot 1: Radiotherapy for patients with prostate cancer  Lot 2: Radiotherapy for patients with breast cancer  Lot 3: Stereotactic intracranial radiosurgery  Lot 4: Stereotactic extra-cranial radiotherapy The HSE intends to appoint more than one service provider for each of the Lots. Each Lot will be conducted as a separate, standalone and discrete tender.
