- The HSE hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to submit tenders for the Provision of Radiology Services in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda This tender process is being conducted under Annex XIV of Procurement directives 2014/24/EU. The required services are listed as Annex XIV services, and accordingly, only Articles 74 to 77 of Directive 2014/24/EC applies to the award of any contract(s) that arise from this process. As such, there is considerable flexibility afforded to the Contracting Authority in conducting the tender process. The HSE therefore reserves the right, after the award of contract, to negotiate with the successful tenderer the level of services to be provided to match the available budget. The Health Service Executive wishes to appoint one service provider for Radiology Services in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda. Tenderers will be invited to submit for: ο Outsourcing (Remote Reporting) of the On Call CT Service Only one provider will be appointed. All submissions will be reviewed for compliance with the specifications as outlined in this document. Any Contract that results from this Competition shall be for an initial period of 12 months (the βTermβ). The HSE reserves the right to extend the Term for a period of up to 12 months on the same terms and conditions, subject to the HSE-s obligations at law. The HSE does not make any guarantee in relation to the volume or value of Services to be procured over the Term. Up to five [5] additional drawdowns by other hospital groups within the HSE will be allowed under any contracts resulting from this tender competition. Such drawdowns will be similar in scope to the services required in this competition.
