Description:
This is a prior information notice (PIN) in relation to identifying a suitably resourced contractor to undertake renovation of the existing vacant school on Altamont Street, Westport, Co. Mayo. The existing building 1,293 sq.m in area has a10 south-facing classrooms with a large general purpose hall, a central entrance hall and stairs, offices and ancillary spaces. The building has been stripped back to shell and core. The main scope of the project involves renovation and retrofit of the existing building, including site works, resurfaced play areas and grass reseeded. The estimated value of the contract is: €4,000,000 excluding VAT over a 6 month contract term. Please do not respond to this notice. This is a PRIOR information notice only and not a CfT.
