OPW propose to conduct a single stage (Open) procedure for the purposes of establishing a Regional Building Contractors Framework which will comprise: •A suitability assessment based on pass/fail selection criteria including financial and technical capacity, and •Tender evaluation of suitable contractors based on prescribed award criteria, including quality and price Scope of the proposed framework will include but is not limited to •Energy upgrades / retrofits of existing buildings •Roof repairs •Window replacements / repairs •Mechanical & Electrical Works •Extensions •Fit Outs / Refurbishments •External Works •Works to protected structures •Works to occupied buildings •Works to secure buildings e.g. Court House, Garda Stations etc The framework will be divided into lots.
