Description:
The CRU wishes to procure the services of suitably qualified organization(s) with appropriate expertise to provide gas technical consultancy services applied to: •Assistance in audit and inspection,•Assistance in the assessment of technical documents (e.g. Safety Case, Risk Assessment, etc.), •Assistance in developing technical policy (e.g. safety case guidelines, procedures, etc.), •Assistance in developing documentation related to the development of gas regulatory framework, •Assistance in gas incidents investigation, and •Assistance in enforcement action. The above services will apply to natural gas (including biomethane and renewable natural gas), Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas), upstream and downstream.
