Description:
The objective of this contract is to appoint a competent and experienced service provider to deliver a comprehensive outsourced pension administration service that ensures compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. The successful tenderer will assume full responsibility for the administration and management of the HEA-s pension arrangements, encompassing all aspects of member lifecycle from enrolment to pension payments. The service must cover both of the HEA-s pension schemes - The Superannuation Scheme and the Single Public Service Pension Scheme - and be delivered in accordance with all relevant Irish Public Sector Pension legislation, Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform (DPENDR) circulars and applicable pension policy payments.
