Description:
Request for Tender for the Provision of Containers and the collection of Municipal Solid Waste and Dry Recyclables from Gortadroma Landfill Site. It is estimated that the quantity of waste to be transferred per annum will be approximately 350 tonnes. The containers should be enclosed and with lifting openings that Limerick City and County Council can manually operate. Compacting containers may be proposed for “black bag waste/small items” with open containers for bulky waste not suitable for the compacting container. The contractor will also be required to the provide the following containers for the collection of dry recyclables; 35 cubic yard compactor skip for cardboard 35 cubic yard compactor skip for plastic bottles 16 cubic yard skip with dispensing slots for tetra packs 16 cubic yard skip with dispensing slots for newspapers/magazines
