- A comprehensive evaluation of the Children's Court Advocate Pilot Project. The evaluation will assess the effectiveness of the Children-s Court Advocate Pilot Project in achieving its aim of improving how the voice of the child is heard and considered in private family law proceedings. Tenderers are required to: - Monitor and assess the key processes involved in the setup and management of the Pilot. - Explore all key stakeholder-s experiences of the project including children, parents/guardians, Advocates, judges, as well as other relevant legal staff and associated support services. - Provide timely feedback to improve processes and outcomes for the duration of the Pilot. - Provide an analysis of processes and outcomes of phase one, after 12 months, to inform decisions on the subsequent roll out of Phase two of the Pilot. - Provide further analysis at the end of the Pilots- phases to assess the outcomes of the Pilot to date.
