- Atlantic Technological University (ATU) seeks tender submissions from licenced economic operators to provide waste management, recycling and secure shredding services to its campuses at Letterkenny and Killybegs. The services will involve the delivery and collection of skips and the segregation (off site) and recycling of waste, where possible. The service also includes the collection and shredding of confidential material and for the purposes of this contract, the successful tenderer will be deemed to be a Data Processor and required to sign the Data Processing Agreement included in the documents appended to the notice.
