Description:
Cuala GAA (the Contracting Authority) is seeking submissions for a Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) from competent building contractors interested in tendering for the proposed development of the Hyde Park Community Sports Centre, Dalkey, Co. Dublin. This procurement is being conducted under a Restricted Procedure in two stages. This stage (Stage 1) comprises the SAQ shortlisting process only. Candidates are required to demonstrate their technical and financial capability, experience, and compliance with relevant health and safety and statutory requirements in accordance with the SAQ documentation provided. Only those Applicants who are shortlisted following evaluation of the SAQ will be invited to participate in Stage 2 of the competition and receive the full Invitation to Tender (ITT) pack. The project will be delivered under the PW-CF1 Public Works Contract for Building Works Designed by the Employer. A Health and Safety Supplement is included to assess suitability for the role of both Main Contractor and PSCS. All documentation must be submitted via the eTenders portal before the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
