Description:
The EPA have a mobile application (See it? Say it!) available for iOS and Android to allow the public report environmental pollution at a location in the Republic of Ireland to the relevant Local Authority. The mobile app development framework (Xamarin) that the application is developed on is retired, meaning it is not possible to add new functionality nor implement bugfix for the Android instance of the application. The three deliverables from this tender include: • Replatforming of the mobile application on a new mobile app development framework that is compatible with the latest iOS and Android technologies. • Hosting of the app backend on the successful tenderer-s cloud tenancy for 5 years. • Support and Maintenance of the app by the successful tenderer for 5 years (15 days per year).
