Description:
Galway City Partnership GCP is currently reviewing its IT Systems to ensure that they are fit for purpose to deliver the organisation-s strategy. This review has identified the need to overhaul and simplify its IT systems and architecture. Specifically, it intends to adopt a cloud-first policy in support of its aim of incorporating remote working activities and reducing dependence on paper files. The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement. This single-party framework seeks an experienced Managed Service Provider to manage a number of Support Services for a period of 2 years. GCP reserves the right to extend the Term for two further periods, each of up to twelve months on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority-s obligations.
