- In summary, the Services comprise: the provision of a single supplier to the local government sector to support the use and adoption of the following Cisco products: 1. DUO 2. Umbrella 3. Secure Access Through the provision of licenses, support, managed services and professional services days to ensure that each local authority can avail of the full potential of the products through the optimal configuration of the software based on licensing. The service will be managed by the LGMA but there will be direct engagement between the successful supplier and the participating organisations. The procurement will be performed using an open procedure. The service will require potential candidates (at least 2 Service Engineers) to hold the following qualifications: 1. Select Partner 2. Cisco Security Specialisation 3. Deployment for DUO and Umbrella (one employee can cover both) - Black Belt Fire Jumper Deployment Stage 3 X 2 employees for DUO - Black Belt Fire Jumper Deployment Stage 3 X 2 employees for Umbrella 4.
