Tenders are sought for the Supply, Implementation, Maintenance & Support of Screen Recording /Video Screen capture Software and associated licences for TU Dublin. A video screen capture/screen recording is a digital recording of what is happening in real-time on a computer screen and it often contains audio narration, background music, and/or a feed from the creator's webcam. Staff at TU Dublin use a screen recording/video screen capture software currently to create tutorials, record module introductions and share video feedback on assignments with their students, for example. (Note we are not in the market for a lecture capture solution). Our students also use our current solution through our VLE Brightspace to create their own recordings and submit them to their lecturers for grading. The successful tenderer must be in a position to provide TU Dublin with a screen recording/video screen capture software solution by August 1st 2023.
