- The High-Performance Building Alliance (HPBA) invites tenders for the design, supply, and installation of a modular, adaptable, and acoustically optimized interior construction system for Senan House, Enniscorthy, Wexford. The proposed system must meet the highest standards of sustainability, flexibility, and acoustic performance. This project forms part of HPBA-s commitment to innovative and sustainable construction solutions. The system must include modular partitions, doors, integrated electrical containment systems, and lighting. All components must be designed to support future reconfigurations and enable disassembly and reuse, aligning with circular economy principles. Additionally, the system is required to incorporate a smart top track designed to ensure the base is installed at a consistent height of 2700mm above finished floor level (AFFL). The tender should include full design and build of the system and the fit out.
