Description:
The IPA is looking for suitable venues to host the residential component of the Senior Public Service Strategic Leadership Programme for Irish senior level public servants within the Island of Ireland. The initial call-off contract will be relevant to the Strategic Leadership Programme residential module that will be taking place in March and early April of 2026 and subsequent years. The residential module will consist of two consecutive training days, two overnight accommodations and associated catering for eight cohorts of 24-28 senior level participants per cohort. Tenderers that do not have capacity to provide the services for the initial call-off contract are still invited to tender as the Multi-Party Framework will have a four-year duration. Mini competitions will be run for the remaining requirements for the duration of the framework agreement. For the full list of requirements, please refer to the RFT document. Please note this competition falls under the "light touch" regime of Title III (Directive 2014/24/EU), thus a single stage procedure with negotiation is used.
