- MEDITE SMARTPLY invites suitably qualified and licensed electricity suppliers to submit tenders for the provision of renewable electricity supply options. Suppliers must be appropriately licensed and capable of delivering renewable electricity in accordance with the requirements set out in the following sections of this document, together with the data provided electronically alongside this document. Suppliers are requested to submit their tenders on the following basis: Medite Smartply electricity usage data Basis of tendering Details of the tender requirements specific to electricity supply are detailed in Appendix 3 page 27. Future volume projections: Requirement for Suppliers to provide volume variances on a non‐penal basis. Medite Smartply request that Suppliers responding to this tender provide adequate facilities for variation of volumes by Medite Smartply, on a non‐penal basis, between now and the period of supply, accepting that Medite Smartply do not expect Suppliers to carry any volume risk as a result of this flexibility. Addition of sites to supply contracts Suppliers are asked to indicate their willingness to include additional sites or changes to existing site supply arrangements within the contract period, subject to adequate notice being provided by Medite Smartply to allow the Supplier to source additional capacity and/or have any physical alterations to supply point/s as may be necessary.
