The Establishment of regional Multi Party Framework Agreements for the provision of Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services and Engineer Led Integrated Design Team Services for Údarás na Gaeltachta
The Contracting Authority (Údarás na Gaeltachta) intends to establish Multi Party Framework Agreements for the provision of Architect Led Integrated Design Team (IDT) Services and Engineer Led IDT Services for each of its regions. The regions upon which the Framework Agreements are intended to be established are Gaeltacht regions and these are summarised as follows: •South - Co Kerry, Co Cork, Co Waterford •West - Co Galway, Co Mayo, Co Meath •North - Co Donegal Initially, a tender competition for the southern region is intended. Subsequent competition(s) are to follow for residual regions. Competitions will be divided into Lots for both the Architect Led IDT Services and Engineer Led IDT Services. The Contracting Authority anticipates appointing those candidates successful within a competition Lot to the corresponding Framework. Tender candidates will be required to form a team of consultants.
