• Description:
• The Health and Safety Authority are seeking the provision of recruitment services for permanent, fixed term and temporary roles across a range of departments and divisions within the Contracting Authority. For payroll purposes please note the following: • Permanent placements will be paid through the Contracting Authority-s payroll. • Fixed-term placements will in the main be fixed-term contract placements paid through the Contracting Authority-s payroll. However, from time to time on an exceptional and adhoc basis the Contracting Authority may have a requirement for fixed-term agency resources. These fixed-term agency resources would be employed and paid directly by the recruitment agency. • Temporary Agency resources will be employed and paid directly by the recruitment agency awarded the call-off contract. Throughout this document fixed-term placements will be defined as fixed-term contract placements and applies where the placement is employed and paid through the Contracting Authority-s payroll or fixed-term agency and applies where the resources would be employed and paid through the recruitment agency-s payroll.
