- The aim of the crrent project is to develop phased leadership and change management training programmes for certain cohorts of the Local Authority heritage professionals, such that participants will: 1. Build self-awareness, emotional intelligence and personal leadership capability. 2. Strengthen strategic thinking and political acumen within local government. 3. Develop influencing and advocacy skills. 4. Manage organisational change with resilience. 5. Foster peer support across professional groups. 6. Align practice with Heritage Council values and environmental sustainability.
