The European Commission (the Contracting Authority) intends to conclude a single framework contract (hereafter FWC) for a period of 4 years relating to the provision of Environmental Management Consultancy services to the European Commission at its premises at Grange, Dunsany, Co. Meath. The facility accommodates Directorate F - Health and Food audits and analysis, which is an integral part of the Health & Food Safety Directorate General of the European Commission. The European Commission requires assistance in the maintenance of its registration to the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS). This requirement includes an Environmental Legal Register, and compliance assessment as well as additional days to advise and assist in order to maintain registration.
