Please do not respond to this notice. This is a PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE (PIN) Only. This PIN is to notify the market of SEAI-s intention to publish a Call for Tender to establish a multiple-party supplier framework agreement for the provision of Building Energy Metering Services with an estimated value of €650,000ex VAT over approximately 4 years. As part of ongoing efforts to monitor and report on energy and carbon emissions reductions, as well as to explore and pilot new solutions to progress Ireland-s energy revolution, SEAI is planning to increase its use of direct experimentation and data collection to provide new and unique evidence to support programme delivery and policy guidance. Scope of the lots will include installing and maintaining on-site energy and environmental meters; specifying, advising, and mentoring installation of meters for automatic data capture and remote transfer; providing interim storage solutions; and carrying out data quality and validation checks. Metering settings will range from domestic dwellings to commercial, industrial, and public sector buildings. Equipment may include temperature, humidity, CO2, and radon meters; electricity meters; heat meters; and gateways to support data transfer.
