- ESB currently manages an Innovation Capability Programme over 3 Levels: 1-Foundation, 2-Experiential and 3-Leadership. This Programme was formalised in 2023 but has built-up in stages and supported by various partners since 2017. ESB is seeking service providers to support aspects of this programme for the term of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years to support ESB-s ambitious Net Zero for 2040 Strategy. Lot No.1 Programme - Annual “Innovation Academy” Programme ESB runs an annual innovation development programme - the ESB Innovation Academy - for a cohort of selected people (circa 20-25 participants) which is sponsored and supported by all ESB Business Units. The programme is intended to build the capability for Innovation across the business, develop competence for innovation among participants and deliver innovative propositions that can deliver on business objectives. Participants are appointed by a combination of management selection and individual application, to ensure a diverse cohort of well-motivated, high capability individuals. The programme should include a blend of academic, practical, action-based learning and project work.
