- In summary, the Goods comprise: The supply, delivery and installation of a Viscosity, Density, and Freezing Point Measuring Device(s) for Trinity College Dublin as specified in Appendix 1. A state-of-the-art instrument (or suite of instruments) is required to measure the viscosity, density, and freezing point of liquid fuels, including petroleum distillates, crude oils and extending to fuels that result from experimental synthetic processes, in general accordance with ASTM D4054. The instrument must include a 3 year warranty and be approved for the use of measuring the kinematic viscosity, freezing point, and density as defined by the standard procedures of ASTM D4054 for the Fast Track Certification of Sustainable Aviation Fuel.
