- • A hosting service for a new Heritage Council website, with suitable consideration for the volume of traffic, high performance given the target audience and locking down common security vulnerabilities with the chosen server type and website CMS. • Technical Support and maintenance of our website, including regular updating of the server and/or the website CMS system to ensure maximum reliability and security, data analytics provided through a suitable platform to enable the Heritage Council to monitor key indicators for our website, training and support for staff on in-house maintenance of the site (non-technical) • Development of and maintenance of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). • Design - Contiguous to the support and hosting services, The Heritage Council will require the successful tenderer to carry out a number of design and development projects over the lifetime of the contract, including website design and technical improvements.
