Description:
There is 2 descrptions for dust extraction and Biomass burner . To be priced separatley but supplier must ensure they can supply both items Dust extraction : Fabric Filter Unit with compress air Jet cleaning System, comes with access doors and Explosion Panels as standard. Filter Unit Filtration Capacity - comes with a minimum 35Kw fan delivering 25 to 30m/s velocity. • Allow for 19 machine connections • All ductwork to EN12237:2004 Standard • Clip assembly Galvanised Steel ductwork • 2 separate extraction lines into building • Air speeds between 25m/s - 30m/s • 8m3 storage chamber • Pulse jet cleaning with compressed air • Negative pressure system • Filtered Air return to reduce thermal • Auger discharge to boiler / skip • Invertor driven system • Machine equipped with automatic shut offs • Various hoover points throughout ductwork • Hoover cleaning kits • Max height of main extraction unit = 7 meters • Transport, installation and commissioning Biomass Burner: To be priced separatley Allow for a minimum 300kw Biomass burner to burn MDF AND MFC wood waste. • Multi Fuel Boiler • 3 phase power as standard
