Refurbishment of 2 x existing granite barns/sheds with elevational changes plus construction of a single storey extension to convert use into 2 self-contained units for accommodation for short-term and meeting Failte Ireland welcome Standard guidelines . To upgrade existing septic treatment system to EPA guidelines to allow for the increased loading from the 2 self-contained units, all with associated site works.
